I ordered this rug based on the colors indicated by the online image, so I wasn't happy when the rug arrived and it had none of the vibrancy I expected. What looks tan or beige in the image, for example, is actually a weird pinky mauve, and the other colors were much more muted than expected. The whole thing also looked sort of worn or used. That said, Amazon refunded my money very quickly when I submitted the retun request, so I won't complain too much.
