I dont' like this rug. Its muddy and dark and the picture makes it look retro modern but in reality it looks like the eighties. The quality of the rug isnt very good either, lots of snags on the surface. I wish I had read the previous reviewer's comments before I bought it.

For this price, I assumed it would be a thin rug, and a little coarse. This rug is amazingly soft and thicker than expected. With the black border it is a bit dark. But the kids love it - they use all the space between "stones" to drive their cars on the road and make towns for the people to live. I bought it to make the living room less kid - and the kids still found a way to play. Great buy.

I's put this rug on my wedding registry and was SO excited when it arrived. However, the rug had several VERY noticeable imperfections, which - instead of making our new living room look more elegant - makes it look like we went cheap with a discount rug. I am incredibly disappointed. I would send it back, but due to its large size, once it was unwrapped, there was no way for me to re-package it. Now I have to look at it every day and regret this poor purchase.
