This rug claims to be "1/2" Thick, Plush and Luxurious yet durable". The rug I received was just barely 1/4" thick - very thin and very disappointing. After contacting the seller, he said it would fluff up after some time & vacuuming. After several days of fluffing/vacuuming it was EXACTLY the same.I requested the seller change his description to more accurately reflect this...we'll see, but in the meantime look elsewhere for a thicker, higher quality rug. I am still trying to find resolve with this online order fiasco. I'm now stuck with a rug in which I was mislead into thinking it was better quality...beyond frustrating!!

This was the least expensive area rug I could find in this size so I decided to purchase it. The rug came super fast (2 days) even though it was not ordered with prime. The color was true to the picture and the rug is very soft even though it is on the thin side. I had a minor issue that occured with the way the rug was packaged but it was immediately handled by Brian. I have to say the product is a 4 but the customer service bumped it up to a 5. It is nice to see that there are businesses out there that still put customer satisfaction as a priority. I will be ordering from them again.

Was very happy with the carpets. Tho I did think that they would be a little darker, the color ended up to be perfect. The order was processed quickly and the carpet was here in a week.
