Each rug is manufactured with the same colors as pictured, however they can be manufactured from slightly different "die lots". Meaning when the material is dyed it can vary in shade ever so slightly. SHIPPING: Due to standard shipping size limitations some rugs will have to be folded to meet the shippers required dimensions. This may cause some minor creasing when you first receive your rug. Simply unfold and lay flat in your desired location and these creases will diminish in time. I needed a rug for my office that would look good and could be easily and frequently spot-cleaned. This one is high quality...better than some much more expensive rugs I have bought in the past from stores whose names you would know... Time will tell, but I am confident it will tell good things.

Our 2'x3' outdoor carpet arrived before date stated on order! The piece of carpet exceeded our expectations for quality and color. When we found that this piece of carpet would not fit into the area we had planned to use it, we contacted customer service. Brian was very professional and helpful. We were able to mail it back and receive full credit. Note: Be sure to read seller's terms of return regarding 15% restocking fee.

This is a well made runner. Tight nylon fabric. Easy to clean. The colors are brighter than what the picture shows.
